Refund & Exchange Policy

We stand behind every cap we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right no runaround.

Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange, and 30 days to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item for a refund.

Exchanges To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Contact us at mbilaljamshed2002@gmail.com with your order number to start an exchange. Once approved, we'll confirm the return address and next steps with you directly.

Refunds Refunds are issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Email us within 30 days of delivery at mbilaljamshed2002@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue we review every case personally and respond within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer, whichever you prefer.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items Caps made to your custom design are produced specifically for you and are final sale once production begins, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Domestic Orders (Pakistan) Return shipping for approved exchanges is arranged through our courier partner we'll share pickup or drop-off instructions once your return is confirmed.

International Orders For buyers outside Pakistan, please contact us before shipping anything back we'll confirm the best return method for your location, as international return shipping is handled case-by-case.

Before You Return Something Please reach out to us first at mbilaljamshed2002@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted, since we won't have a record of the request or know where to direct it.
